Creating 0x02 type validators
The Create Pectra-era (0x02) validator(s) endpoint creates Pectra-era validators with 0x02-prefixed withdrawal credentials.

Both endpoints return the MAVAN stake record and individual validator deposit data.
Pectra batch deposit contract
Fetch environment-specific contract addresses from Get Network Config. The Pectra batch deposit address is returned as ethereum.pectraBatchDepositContractAddress.
The Pectra batchDeposit call accepts an array of (pubKey, withdrawalCredentials, signature, amount) tuples. Each amount is supplied independently, unlike the Shapella batch contract where every validator deposit is fixed at 32 ETH.
